COVID-19 Update: SHIPPING
We are continuing to operate and ship during COVID-19, adhering to the social distancing guidelines, and making sure everything is cleaned and disinfected before being sent to you. All of our vintage pieces are double wash and disinfected using a commercial washer and then sun dried. Everyone working for Stardust Disco has had a COVID-19 test and do not have the virus. Please be aware that Australia Post is experiencing delays with domestic parcels, however they are prioritising express delivery to get them to you either on time as usual, or only with a 1 or 2 day delay. We have decided to ship exclusively with the Australia Post's express shipping services, to ensure you are not waiting for long periods of time through the standard shipping service delays. Further, we would like note that international orders will mostly be affected by unpredictable shipping delays due to the current pandemic. Please contact your local post office and ask for estimated delivery times for parcels coming from Australia. Please note: All of the delivery time frames listed below are based on Australia Post's recommendations, however, they do not account for any delays.
Australia Shipping Timeframes
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. The shipping time is additional to the time it takes to dispatch orders.
Express shipping cost = $10
FREE express shipping on orders over $80
Australia Post recommends delivery of express shipping to arrive between 1-2 business days Australia wide. When using express post to receive your purchase by the weekend, please place your order before 3pm on Thursday. Express post is a NO SIGNATURE delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it on your property, please contact Australia Post's customer service line on 13 76 78 and lodge an investigation. If Australia Post is unable to disclose where your parcel is through the investigation, please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will be sent an email with your tracking information.
Standard shipping cost = $24 AUD
Express shipping cost = $34 AUD
Recommended delivery time:
New Zealand - within 5-7 business days (not including customs holding time).
United Kingdom, United States of America, and everywhere else in the world - within 7-15 business days (not including customs holding time).
New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America, and everywhere else in the world - within 3-5 business days (not including customs holding time).
